One of the famous esteem non-profitable organization called Loden foundation from the capatial city Thimphu had organised two day awareness program on Business entreprenuer focusing particularly for young Bhutanese youth on how to start up the business in order to curve the unemployment rate of the country.

Loden foundation conducted this course, the 47 Rover participants, two trainers with three focal person, in total 52 participants took part in this program. It was offcourse very crucial for young youth, as Bhutan is one the smallest country in the world and diffucult to generate enough employment for all the youth. Therefore this program will inject the DNA amoung the young citizen to decide their life wether to find the suitable job or engage themself with self enterprise business.

During the course various activity were conducted like, business planning, writing proposal, 15minutes presentation on business proposal etc. This program was very useful and youth were very happy with this awareness program. Finally many youth want to set up their own business after attending this program.
