Youth conference on volunteering and dialogue in Jeddah
International Conference on “Youth Volunteering and Dialogue”, which is currently being held in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah, from the 3rd to the 5th of December 2013. In the second day of this conference, there were recreational activities. Non-Muslim participants visit of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. And the Muslim participants perform Omrah.
For the Muslim Kaba is the most holy place in the world. This a great opportunity for us to perform Omrah with the Government protocol of Saudi Arabia. King Abdullah-bin Abdul Aziz Center for National Dialogue provide the costumes of Omrah. They guide us to perform our Omrah.
In Omrah, there are few formalities:
Firstly, taking Ihram (2 pices white cloth).
Secondly, Tawaf (surrounding the Kibla)
Thirdly, Saye the Safa and Marwa.
Finaly, cut off hair.
My feelings after performing Omrah:
After performing Omrah I feel pure from bottom of my heart. It has increased the sprite for feeling Allah.
Thanks to King Abdullah-bin Abdul Aziz Center for National Dialogue for arranging Omrah for the Muslims Participants of this program.
