YOGA FOR STUDENTS

to help my students /scouts to achieve their fitness goal. By teaching them about yoga their physical and mental health will become good. Apart from this they will be benefited in many ways like their self confidence will grow, decision making capabilities will enhance, patience, concentration, memory retention power will increase and many more.
I am a Teacher and I have implemented this project in the premises of my own school today. With the help of my scout boys I have organize this programme. Although due to heavy downpour last night, there was a large decrease in participation. Only few students whose houses were nearby were came for participation. It was a nice event. Basically, students who participated around 15 students they will get the ultimate benefit. But in general if we will see it will be propogate to their parents also so they will also be benefited.
Firstly, I should not launch this type of yoga camps in rainy days. I should check the weather before finalising date. Next thing I should intimate more and more students from the area so that number of participants will be more.
