Yoga Session Kuakata

The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind and also helps manage stress or anxiety and relaxes an individual.

This Yoga session took place in kuakata by the ocean. All scouts woke up early in the morning and went to the beach to attend the yoga session. We took place a hand length away from each other and sat in rows.Everyone performed Yoga together following the instructer.

This session relaxed everyone mentally and physically. We also got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise while practicing Yoga by the sea through the session. It helped improve everyone's mood and they were energetic the rest of the day.

Health is Wealth.Taking care of our body and health is important. We should exercise regularly to keep our body fit as well as to keep our mind fresh.
