Yoga Session Kuakata

Yoga session in the beach, enjoying the sunrise, mental refreshment and good health have motivated us.
All scouts woke up early in the morning and went to the beach to attend the yoga session. The session went pretty good. We took place a hand length away from each other and sat in rows following the instructor.
We earned mental freshness and got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise through the session. The rest of the day went energetic.
Taking care of our body and health is important. We should exercise regularly to keep our body fit as we all know that health is wealth.
