I have attend the weekly yoga live vedio organised by BSG . In a  week tuesday , thursday and saturday BSG organised yoga live vedio on Youtube channel and I had attend all live vedios online .By this yoga activities  my health and my body also good . In this way during this lockdown time I had completed this activity at home.
