
Yoga Aasans for health
Today, I (Dr. Mamta Swarnkar) have told at KGBV in Konch near Orai that Aasan are the specific positions of sitting, standing or any doing a specific gesture. A good Aasan effects our body in good way and keeps our body fit. The yoga Aasans play important role in keeping our body fit. It provides strength to muscles, knees and build immunity power in body. Strong muscles keep our body strong, Yoga Aasans also help in increasing confidence and abilities.
There are many kind of Yoga Aasans like some of them are done in standing position, sitting positions and by lying down on mat. We have to be careful about our body positions while writing, eating, sleeping, Lying, walking so we can identify is it correct or not.
Healthy body and healthy soul are the first needs. We should perform Yoga Aasans and Pranayama now-a-days. There is only one way to keep ourselves Alwys fit, yoga, Aasans and Pranayama.
* For increasing the heights, Tadaasan should be done.
* For keeping bones and muscles healthy, we should perform Garudhaasan.
* Vjaraasan increases focusing power. Everyone should perform it after meal for 10 mins, it keeps our stomach fit.
*Sukhaasan, Dhruvaasan, Shaskaasan, Ushtraasan, Makaraasan are some easy exercises which should be performed in daily lifes.
