This is my first involvement into district event and be part of the committee that organizing it. Expedition 80 km is one of the important stage for the senior scout to prove that the knowledge they gain have not gone waste, by presenting their best skill in leadership and patrol system, their outdoors skills to survive the 80 kilometer expedition. At the same this this project also going to promoting peace to the public, with different races work together as a team to overcome the obstacles during the expedition. By putting aside the different in religion and skin colors, this expedition will teach them the important of teamwork and leaderships. Thru this project, I requires to do safety briefing, planning food and logistic, and monitor the participants during the expedition. Participating in the planning allow me to learn more about management in terms of times, financial and man power, teaching will make me more confident in passing knowledge to younger scouts that eventually will replace us in the future to educated more younger future scouts, monitoring will teach me about responsibility that a scouter should always hold at all times.
