A workshop on World Social Environment Programme was organized by East Coast Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides, Sambalpur District on 13.10.19. A total of 32 scout/guide/rover/ranger and 11 leaders/staff members (G.toal 43) participated in this programme. This programme was to share information about WESP, its aims & objectives. Participants gathered knowledge with great joy and enthusiasm.
