JUNE 5TH WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

The purpose of World Environment  Day is to spread awareness about the threat to the Environment due to rising pollution levels and climate change. Our environment is actually polluted badly and all our trees are cut down due to developments and now its our duty to plant trees for saving Environment coming generation. We,175th Wayanad Mafeking Rover Crew had planted different trees in public place with District Association. We have collected around 250 trees directly from forest office and these were the trees which we planted (Custard apple trees, Dwarf white bauhinia,Guava trees, Bamboo trees). We had also planted many trees last year too. In order to save these trees we have used jio tagging technology and 78 out of 100 trees are still growing better.
