Now a days Internet plays a very important role in our lives but sometimes we see the negative side of internet so safety use of internet is needed which is the aim of surf smart project. As a Co ordinator I organised a workshop On Surf smart at Powell English medium school where about 121 scouts and guides rovers and Rangers of different school and colleges participated. I aware them about the ways how they can use Internet safely by different fun activities of the surf smart curriculum and how they can earn the surf smart badge. They do 2 activities each from connect,protect and respect theme and atlast they write their Internet safety promise.
