Workshop on Period & Gender Equality

When I see my sisters, mothers around me they are ashamed of any of their problems but that is something that everyone needs to know, that everyone needs to be aware of. All around me guys like me are making fun of this problem! Then I got a shock in my head that the problem is causing my mother and sister to be in trouble, could this be the problem! Then I decided that I should know about it and everyone around me should also know about it.
Since my assignment was about women and the biggest problem was that the young men around me were making this issue embarrassing to women. And girls traveling to school were the most encountered so I decided to implement workshops in combine schools. I decided to implement 'Workshops on Period and Gender Equality' at Nawab Faizunnessa Government Girls School, the best institution in Comilla district at the primary stage and implemented.
Our planned 'Workshop on Period and Gender Equality' was very successfully implemented. We implement the program with the participation of around 350+ students. Besides, through subject matter experts, I was able to give special ideas related to their period and get to know some of their experiences which will be very useful in our future workshops.
When we initially implemented the workshop, there were many obstacles. Yet we continue our activities at full speed. Had this workshop not been done, we might not have understood how the girls around us are constantly dealing with various problems. We also had a quiz part of the workshop. As per our plan we were struggling to properly plan the assessment, which we will have to do in a more systematic way next time and we will try to implement the workshop with both boys and girls in the future.
