The project was carried out by the scouts of Haa District during winter vacation 2018.

The aim of the project was to promote dharma and for the spirituial well being of the sentient beings,to adovcate people to take care of the religious monuments in their locality and set good example of dignity of labour to youth.

The activity of the project was tobwhite wash 108 old stupas in Haa district.
