It was such an honour for Yebilaptsa Scout Association as this year on 18th May 2018 our investiture ceremony was linked with one of the most auspicious events in the history of scouting in Yebilaptsa. On 17th May, it was dream come true for the students and staffs of Yebilaptsa Central school as we had an audience with His Majesty the 5th Druk Gyalpo and we were lucky enough to be granted one day holiday "Gyelpoi Ngyelso" to have a picnic in the school. COinciding with the holiday granted by His Majesty, we had an opportunity in welcoming new scout members in the world of scouting and moreover instill scoutings values and attitudes in the hearts of young students of classes PP - III as CheyChey Scouts.
