THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA                      3RD TROOP NDON IDEH   IKOT EKPENE LOCAL ASSOCIATION   AKWA IBOM STATE       Our Ref: ……………………….                                                        Date: 09 July, 2013       The State Commissioner                             Sir,                            INVITATION FOR A WEEKEND CAMP.                   There will be a four (4) day weekend camp organised by 3rd   troop Ikot Ekpene, slated as follows;   Date: 1st to 4th August, 2013-07-12   Venue: Premium College, Abak Oko               Thus, you are being invited with your troops to attain this crucial camp, for the development of scout drills for effective citizenship and discipline for the nation and the embodiment of scout.               You are therefore advise to mobilize your troop to “BE PREPARED” in order to gain this virtue scout camp with a camp fee of Six hundred naira only [600] per scout.
