9 members of Bhutan Scouts Association organized a four day meet to discuss strategies on celebration of the international peace day. Discussion was on the grand celebration all across the country and involving all young people on that special day. The team also brainstormed on ways and alternatives to revitalized the scouting program and include the messenger of peace module in scouting curriculum. 10 hours were spent each from 8:30 am till 10:00 pm. Standard operating procedures on training and other activities were also drafted. Advancement of the different level of ranks were drafted.
