The first MOP awareness towards building my Local Team in Fiji after my arrival from the 3rd APR Messengers of Peace Coordinators' Meet in Delhi, India. On the evening of 29th of April and on the 30th of April, I was able to gather 26 District Commissioners and 4 National Head Quarters Commissioners including the Chief Commissioner - Mr. Jone Naisau, National Executive Commissioner - Mr. Joiji Qaranivalu and the Deputy Commissioner for Training - Mr. William Shute...I was able to spread the visions and missions of MOP in a very short time. I was so happy that from the feedback of these commissioners, they were able to understand how to spread peace to others...excellent! The main aim of this awareness workshop was that at the end of 6 hours, I was able to spread the news of creating an active MOP team in Fiji. As such, all commissioners were told to take this message to their own districts and promote this there and within 2 weeks appoint an interim district coordinator...
