Way to Happiness

The teaching faculty had to take long way to reach offices and even to visit the washroom. The students on other hand too had to take long way visit the office, library, labs. and also, to give speeches in the morning. This in a way takes lots of time unnecessarily and waste everybody's precious time. On contrary, by taking up the project to construct concrete steps and lawn will help in curbing the problems and educate the students in building up the skills and values to the members engaged.
The project was carried out right in the middle of the academic block and in front of the main office building where all teachers and students gather for the morning prayer. The collection of sand from 25 kms, stones, gravel and cement were done in two weeks. Then with the help of few teachers, supporting staff and students the construction project was carried out. All the fundings for the project was done from the school scout budget.
The project benefited all the teachers, supporting staffs, students, officials and even to the parents and relatives visiting the school. This has helped in managing the time and energy. It has also encouraged many teachers and students to carry on such projects as they have gained the knowledge and skills by participating in the project. As Principal sir said to the gathering, "nothing is impossible as long as we have the will" this has been proven by the team by carrying out this project.
As saying goes, "where there is will, there is way." If our mind set and energy are same then we can accomplish a big dreams with limited resources. We all have different knowledge and skills. One need to lead to share the things that one knows.
