A Water Service Campaign organized by Shri L.B. Shastri Open Rover Scout Group, Sirsa (Haryana) INDIA with the help of North-Western Railway Engineering Staff, Sirsa on the occasion of. During the campaign Scouts & Rovers serve the cold water, Sherbat & lemon water to the passengers in trains. There were 28 Rovers & Scouts in this project to serve humanity.
