On 7th Feb sherubtse Rovers scout started SWA project which was kept as watershed management in place called Khangma. This project aims on providing continuous flow of water supply to irrigation in friendly environmental ways. The activities started after seeking permission from concern authority and college management.the first activities started with cleaning round the tank surrounding and maintaining drains. 

Most of the farmers depends on agriculture and its important for them to have proper irrigation channel. With the starting of this project we aims to serve the best purpose of providing support to agriculture activities and in building community .
