Sherubtse Students, Staff and Faculties get Covid Vaccination

On 27th March 2021,as part of the nationwide vaccination program, a total of 1668 Students, Academic Support Staff and Faculties (and their family members) got vaccinated on campus. The program started with prayers by Khempo from Kanglung Shedra and was attended by Trashigang Thrizin, Gewog Officials and the Sherubtse family.

Mrs. Kinley (treloma), one of the faculty's spouse was the first to get vaccinated followed by Dasho Thrizin and College Management. 

Around 25 sherubtse rovers scout came together and helped during vaccination day in registering and serving refreshment. The vaccationation started from 9:30 am  till 6:00pm.  All volunteers got vaccinated at last  and as a part appreciation for volunteering, college management served us with dinner and our day ended fruthfully. our small services if dedicated to our king, country and people in fighting this pandemic. Its was our prevaliage to serve our country during such times.  

The remaining students, staff and faculties with pre medical conditions will receive vaccination on 2nd April 2021 at Kanglung Hospital.
