Thimphu Thromede Scout Association volunteered to prepare and hoist flag on the way to Thimphu during state visit of Indian Prime Minister.

The preparation was entirely for decorating the place with atheistic Bhutanese way.

Moreover to appeased the visitors and i have coordinated for four schools and around 90 scouts volunteered to prepare the decorations.
