Preparation of the the ground for the scarf investiture ceremony for the new scout members of Thimphu Thromde was being done by the Youth Trained Leaders of Thimphu Thromde. With the perfect parade by the leaders to His Excellence the Prime Minister, other guests and the new scout members. 

The dismantle of the preparation was done at the end with the cleaning campaign being organized to hand over the ground to the school. Every Leaders left home with tiredness at the end with happiness on their faces for being successful in their service to the community. Scouting is all about hard work with zero expectations.
