We the two scout leaders(class 12 passed out) took initiative to volunteer and lead other 12 boys (Drangzhep or cattering personnel) and the scouts and non scouts of Autsho Central school in assisting the goenpa in terms of any kinds of services.

The Drakmar drubchen is lead by his holiness the 70th Jekhenpo with the monks of Namdroling goenpa.The core supporter of the drakmar drubchen were Monger Hospital staff,KMT construction and Norbu construction.

We the two scout leaders endeavoured our best to lead the mass.Afterall we the group got the constructive feedbacks from the goenpa as well as the community.
