Vitamin- A Service Campaign (Phase-2)

Vision impairment is a significant public health issue worldwide, affecting millions of individuals, especially in developing countries. To combat this problem, the Vitamin-A Service Campaign has emerged as a beacon of hope. For that reason, like the last one, we again did the Vitamin- A service campaign.
The scouts of Rajuk Uttara Model College did the service campaign at Vitamin- A capsule to the nearest hospital from the school.
About 110+ people benefited from the project. It improved overall eye health by preventing vision impairment and blindness of children. The campaign not only improved the health and well-being of individuals but also uplifted the entire community, fostering a brighter and more prosperous future.
The Vitamin-A Service Campaign serves as a lifeline for individuals at risk of vision impairment due to vitamin A deficiency. Through its multi-faceted approach, combining supplement distribution, education, and capacity building, the campaign not only improves eye health but also empowers communities to take charge of their own well-being. With sustained efforts and continued support, this campaign brings hope for a future where preventable blindness is no longer a widespread concern.
