Vitamin A Plus Campaign
The importance of vitamin A is immense. Its deficiency can lead to night blindness and various other eye problems. By participating in the National Vitamin A Plus Campaign organized by the government, I have been able to make my personal contribution.
The National Vitamin A Plus Campaign is observed simultaneously across the country. As a part of this initiative, 16 Rover Scouts provided services throughout the day in two shifts at 4 points within the Rajshahi City Corporation area to make the campaign a success.
From the Vitamin A Plus Campaign, we learn about the importance of nutrition and how essential it is for children. We also learn about the effectiveness of Vitamin A in disease prevention and the role of the government in ensuring public health
