Visit to Spiritual Site

Four Youth Leaders, along with our Scout Leader, visited a sacred site in Dagana. The place was covered with weeds, so we carried out a cleaning campaign to restore its sanctity and ensure it remained clean and respected by the community.

Under the guidance of our Scout Leader, we visited and cleaned Dungchu Mencho, a sacred site where it is said a dung flew from a rock, leaving a hole in its shape. We cut the overgrown grass and cleaned the water source flowing through the hole to maintain its sanctity.

This activity can inspire and bring joy to people, encouraging them to visit the sacred place and seek relief from physical pain and sins through Mencho, especially with its clean surroundings. By cleaning, we also protect our spiritual heritage for future generations to appreciate and cherish.

Our country values religion, so sacred places are very important. It is good to visit and clean them. People also go there to pray, make wishes, and ask for forgiveness for the wrong things they may have done.
