This workshop was help as Singapore Scout Association Headquarters. During this workshop, ventures, rovers and leaders came together to share their different perspectives on their various progression scheme and how adult leaders can assist their personal development. During this workshop, the new Rover milestone was also introduced and feedback and views from participants were noted to ensure that the new milestone benefit the Rover community in Singapore both in scouts and as a valued citizen of Singapore. My Personal Reflection: "After this workshop, I managed to give back and at the same time learn various things and views from both leaders and rovers. I shared a few experiences that could be adopted by them in some situations and also in the new scheme that was about to be rolled out. I also found out some constraints after a few discussion with my group regarding some activities in the scheme that was soon brought up during the sharing session. We also shared some personal stories and experiences in our scouting life to each other. From the sharing, I learned many things such as leadership qualities and skills that i could pick up or adopt in my unit as a rover."
