The Boy Scout of the Philippines, NCR, Manila Council, Conducted a seminar about the TXT FIRE last March. 15, 2014 at Cafe Mezzanine, Binondo, Manila, This seminar is for the Fire Prevention Month. There were 44 Participants including Senior Scouts and Scouters.
