An explosion inside Nyera Ama Chu(River)dam tunnel project succumbed lives of four people and few were left injured. Due to leakage of poisionious gases and blockage, the search continued for two days and finally the death bodies were claimed for the blast mine location. The operation was jointly carried by the RBA,SamCholing, Desuup, govt.officials and local community. This was a saddest incident to have happened in samdrup choling dungkhag.
