Tsirang Tshechu
This voluntary activity provided the workers the sense of unity, acceptance and belongings as people could cooperate and communicate skillfully. Not only that but also it gave the young youths to help people through the medium of leadership qualities.
The Tsirang Tshechu was conducted marvelously as people witnessed those traditional mask dances, Bedra and Zhungdras. Young Scouts of Damphu Central School actively worked together for the benefit for whole Tshechu witnessers. Youth Leaders manipulated the forceful crowd, scouts provided their helping hands to everyone who were in need and DCS also came up the idea of setting up a Scout stall for external service and personal financial profit for later-scouting activities.
Tshechu is the annual religious Bhutanese festival held in each Dzongkhag (district). Tshechus are religious festivals of the Drukpa Lineage of the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. Tshechus are large social gathering where large markets also congregate at the fair locations, leading to brisk commerce. This was conducted for people's religious participation, promotion of culture and respect for Buddhism.
