233 Dessups and Scout leaders are present three days Thimphu Tshechu Duty to offer their helping hand to from 11th October to 13 October 2016 : 1. Control the Crowd for smooth flow. 2. Help old, sick peoples and Kids on that three days. Our Duty starts form 7:00 am and gets overs by late 7:30 pm which was more than twelve hours on duty. Though the first day had a pleasant day but for another two days all 233 Dessups and Scout leaders have to face unpredictable climate as it rained through out the day and need to do their duty in the rain. we are all wet, hungry and tiresome as our lunch were survived very late. Even though this 233 energetic Dessups and Scout leaders did their duty very best without any complain to the concern authorities.
