Today Scout Scarf were presented to Justice V. Subramanian, Hon'ble Chief Justice Of Himachal Pradesh High Court by Manohar Thakur DOC (S) Kullu and also to Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary Senior Justice HP High Court by Thakur Himmat RSL Dev Bhumi Rovers Open Crew kullu, during the "VAN MAHOTSAV" programme organized by the Forest Department. Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers of District Kullu actively praticipated in this VAN MAHOTSAV and planted more then 100 trees. 5 Memebers from Dev Bhumi Rover's Open Crew Kullu participated in this Tree Plantation programme.
