Maa Hira Neela Higher Secondary School Biswanathpur Kalahandi Rover crew lunched an extensive plantation program on the occasion of independence Day 2019 in different parts of our locality.The Rover and teachers selected the empty places and roadside to plant saplings in a well organised way.Any way , participants were highly enthusiastic to make it big success.The students plants saplings and fenced them and water the plants.The program create a great stir among the general public.
