Transformative upshift programme
The motivation for initiating this program stemmed from a desire to cultivate personal growth and leadership skills among scout members, while fostering unity . The issues such as Teenage Pregnancy and Social Inclusion was a moral imperative that inspired collaborative efforts with organizations like RENEW and ABS Empowering participant through education and awareness, promoting social inclusion, were our goals.
Bringing together 93 scout members, 13 youth leaders, and 2 scout masters to be part of the training program.Our training sessions found a home in the school's multipurpose hall (MPH), providing the ideal space for both indoor and interactive activities. We set up the venue to accommodate various tasks and group discussions.To enrich the program, we invited experts from organizations like RENEW and ABS .Over three days, participants engaged in diverse activities to build team work.
