According to Action Plan of Malaysian Scouts Association (Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia), revising Malaysian Scout Badges Scheme is one of it. National Programme Commissioner invited Chairpersons of State Programme Commissioner around Malaysia and National Rovers Council (10 representatives including me) to take a part in revising the schemes because PPM wants the schemes are always relevant and attractive to the young peoples out there. This workshop not only revising the schemes only, but National Scout Youth Programme Policy is been introduced to all participants.
