Training on Community Based Scouting to Armed Force Officers”

Bhutan Scouts Association trained 32 Army, Police & Royal Body Guard Officers on Community Based Scouting. Three days were spent on the training of the officers. 10 BSA Staff trained the Officers on basic scouting principles and skills. This initiative was undertaken upon the Royal Command from the Chief Patron, His Majesty the King to train the Army Officers so that they can meaningfully engage young people living in the Army barracks during the vacation. So that young people are productively engaged and they get to acquire life long values and skills. 8 hours spent in a day.
