On March 16, 2013, the San Mateo Rovers Organization Circle 11 of Rizal Council - BSP, with the cooperation of Rover Scouts Circle 56 of Metro Manila East Council - BSP and the Sachred Heart Rovers Circle 04 of Quezon City Council - BSP will have a consultation forum to plan a new service project done by our Rover Scouts to help the community. We will also plan to train not only ourselves but our fellow Rovers to make proper project proposals that will create meaningful projects with a large impact to the community.
