What if a single ticket could buy your way to a better life. What if I I told you what was holding you back,that all those obstacles you can make strengths, that you can now be empowered and embrace you differences.
This is what we want to offer to the children in need, a ticket to life through scouting.
Ticket to life is expanding in Africa and a number of projects are offering opportunities to disadvantaged children. Ongoing projects are already in place to teach farming as a life skill at Dzaleka refugee camp in Malawi, aqua-farming in Kenya, community re-integration to children of the streets of Kinshasa in DRC, and introduction of scouting in orphanage homes of Niger.
Ticket to life is expanding in Africa and a number of projects are offering opportunities to disadvantaged children. The Ongoing projects in & NSOs continue to yield positive impact with over 1,042 young people from different backgrounds having benefitted from Ticket to Life so far.
We will continue and produce thousands of tickets to life for children that needs them. We will expand and develop our projects to make scouting accessible to everyone and give them an opportunity for a better life.
It's the little things that put a smile on a child's face, and it's worth it.
