Thermal Insulator Project

Make children aware of cleaning and care for the environment, and the reuse of materials, which would be discarded, into something useful for them.
The project was implemented at the headquarters of the Air Scout Group President Wenceslau Bráz, in the city of Itajubá, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The children collected used milk boxes and made a thermal insulation, which was used in our camp on September 10th.
16 people, between children and their parents, were benefited, as they do not need to buying camping material, in addition to reducing waste on the planet.
We learned that a lot of material is discarded daily and could be reused. We could reuse other materials that are thrown in the trash.
