Nepal is country with almost 40% youth population. Today teenagers are on drug addication and unsocial behaviour. the govermrnt of Provience 1 has planned to abolish the teenagers from such addiction and make them a active citizen in the society. For the mean propose the goverment has planned to unified almost 200,000 teenager around the provience 1 through school an dcollages they are on. The goverment has planned to mobilized those teenagers against the drug addiction awarness programme, make them a socail citizen and also mobilize them during the disaster around the provience and country when needed. The teenager are also provided counsiling for fixing better aim and the ways to meet it.

It is the training for the trainer where 32 participant along from the provience with 6 counseller were attend. Training was held at Biratnagar from where we learned to unifie the teenager and make them work in team at the period of disaster and anti drug movement. We also learned how to counsale when people are victim of Disaster. we here knew some technique to resque the victim during disaster and we are confident that we can relay the knowledge to all the teenager. It was 5 days workshop but the teenager club at the school will remain for the time the teens are at the school so, we have to learn more and search more from them.
