Team Building Camp - Teamwork & Leadership

Being a scout and an educator for so many years, I have always enjoyed helping students to realize their dreams and push themselves out of their comfort zones. I find that helping students, especially building up a team of aspiring leaders, is extremely rewarding!
Project execution Dates: 29-31 May 2021 Days: Saturday and Sunday Time: Saturday (2.00 pm) to Sunday (12.30 pm) Benue : SMPW, Kuala Belait Registration began May 29th, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at the SMPW School Hall. Total Participants Young Leader: 18 people Scout Members: 17 people Total: 35 people Total Scout Leaders: 6 Skippers Total Teachers: 5 teachers Total No: 11 Teachers
The program is an activity designed by the Student Affairs Unit and a collaborative effort with Counseling Department. Among activities planned in this program such as Establishing Self-Confidence, Ice-Breaking, Training In Group and Teambuilding. It aims to promote and build up young & potential leaders, who will not only benefit from the long-lasting friendships, but also view the school as more than an academic institution but a space where they can grow and excel in n on-academic areas.
The objectives are as follows: ⁃ To develop learner’s passion, confidence, discipline and their physical and mental fitness in the face of challenges, in the hopes that this will shape learners as well-rounded citizens. ⁃ To cultivate an awareness of effective collaboration within a group and apply socio-relational skills to form a society of harmony in the future ⁃ To strengthen learner’s characters and personalities such as being respectful and has a strong sense of responsibility
