My motivation was to serve the community and ensure road safety. As a scout, I wanted to help reduce traffic problems and assist people, especially children and the elderly. This project gave me a chance to be responsible, work as a team, and make a positive impact in my surroundings.
Before starting, I coordinated with my Scout team and local authorities to understand the key traffic points and times of congestion. We prepared a schedule and assigned responsibilities.
Through this project, I learned the importance of discipline, patience, and teamwork. I realized how small efforts can make a big difference in ensuring public safety. I also improved my communication and leadership skills while working under pressure. Most importantly, I understood the value of serving the community selflessly.
