South Asia Summit on Youth and Human Rights 2014, organized by The Road to Rights Youth led Movement was held from the 25th till the 27th of April at the Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksa Theatre & the Sports Ministry. As i was a scout representative we were welcomed by them and on the last day they let us to talk about scouting related rights, we told them we dont have particular rights but we are under the scout promise and law, We talked about how we engage in projects such as Community service projects, (beach cleanup, reconstructing elders homes, etc) . we also provided our school trash bins , actually recycle bins and described the ways we can recycle and how to live eco friendly, A beach cleanup will be held next month as a community service project
