TACLOBAN CITY, LEYTE- 120 scouts and scouters from the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Eastern Visayas Region, Tacloban City Council came together on June 12, 2019 in commemoration to the 66th Charter Anniversary of Tacloban City at the Hall Grounds, Tacloban City. On this day on 1952, the city of Tacloban, formerly known as Kankabatok, was a chartered city by virtue of R.A. 720.
