SWA project (Collection of waste books)

SWA project (Collection of waste books)

The Rover Scouts of Gedu College of Business Studies have been initiating the collection of used books since the start of the semester.
1. The textbooks will be donated to the college library.
2. The course pack will be sold to the students at a very low price.
3. Other used books will be sold to the scarp where the money we get from it can be used in other activities of the club.

We have hoarded tons of books in a warehouse and will be disposed rightly for efficient  sustainability.

This is one of the project conducted as the  'Scouts of the world Award' where the  GCBS rovers had participated. The SWA project is an international Scout recognition administered by the World Organization of the Scout Movement.
It was developed to give "young people more opportunities to face the challenges of the future". It also gives the young people the opportunity to think about the global issues they value and act upon them in their local community.
