The survey was done at South Integrated Terminal aka Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Bandar Tasik Selatan, KL. Questionnaire was distributed to the user of bus and train user around the terminal. 50 respondents were involved in this survey. The objective of this survey is to identify what is the problem that bus or train user faced and what kind of improvement that we can add in. This survey is help to maximize the impact of the project. Therefore, the bus or train user utilize the service given.
