Scouts of KOBE Group 55 have participated the social service of “Stop the Crime Campaign” promoted by Hyogo Prefectural Police. This campaign program of enlightenment activity is targeting 2019 Rugby World Cup at Kobe to create the town without crime along with a message of “Let’s form a SCRAM together and TRY toward a town of no crime.” （Reported on behalf of KOBE Group 55）
