Once a month, doctors from across the U.S. have a free clinic in the twon of Nogales, Arizona. The Clinic is for Mexican kids that do not have access to speciality orthopedic doctors. The clinic is free, everybody who works thers is a volunteer. The scouts job is to translate fron English into Spanish and vice versa.
