To create a scout friendship we organised a project. 

Who did. Chamila Kumara (Sri Lanka) with scout and guides Kamrup district and Assam state and scout leaders and guide captains with commissioners.(Mukta Das). 

When. From 18th to 22th October 2019.

Venue. State training centre of Assam. 

Participants. 400.

It was a great time to work with all the scouts and guides at the rally of Kamrup district. We could start our great Sri Lanka and India friendship foundation to create our friendship between two countries. 

According to this we hope to organise programmes every year.
